Due to a shortage of accomodation in Palmerston North at the time of our event, we have a limited number available for New Zealand teams/riders wanting to enter the event on composite teams or as individuals.
After the overseas teams NZ national team and well known NZ teams such as Subway, Mico Protrain etc, entries to NZ riders or overseas riders wanting to be place on a composite team will be on first in, first serve basis. Anyone wanting to enter a team or as individual to be place on a composite team please enter ASAP or contact the Race Director
The Race: The race will be stage as teams event. New Zealand riders will be given the opportunity to create their own teams, team uniforms to be supply by event organiser.
Overseas and New Zealand riders who enter as individuals will be place in a composite team.

All riders in the tour must arrive in Palmerston North on Wednesday 25 January before 10.00am.
Riders Entry Fee is of NZ$600, this includes;
1. Race clothing: Team jersey and shorts to be provide to all riders in the event except UCI registered teams and NZ teams who have teams uniforms arrangements with Race Director.
2. Accommodation; FOUR night’s accommodation including bed, breakfast and dinner. Accommodation starts Wednesday 25th January 2012 12 noon until Sunday 29th January 2012 am. Unless prior arrangements with the Race Director, all riders to move out of the hotel on Sunday 29 January 2012 by 10.00am.

Registration; Registration will be at the Kingsgate Hotel - Palmerston North, 110 Fitzherbert Avenue, Palmerston North Phone - 06-356 8059 on Tuesday 25 January for all overseas teams and Wednesday 26 January from 9.00am to 11.00am to al New Zealand teams.
PLEASE NOTE - Team Managers New Zealand teams; Is important that all New Zealand club/regional teams to have a team manager and a team car.
Overseas Teams: To be able to take part in the event, overseas riders must arrive in Palmerston North no later than on Tuesday 24th January before 4pm. All overseas participants will be pick up from the Palmerston NOrth airport and taking to the hotel. If overseas teams are arriving in Auckland or Christchurh, they must fly direct to Palmerston North
Extra accommodation: Any extra nights at cost of NZ$140 per person, this includes bed, dinner and breakfasts. This must be book with the Race Director ASAP.
Supporters, family etc: Any supporter or member of your family that wish to stay at the hotel, they must book their accommodation with the Race Director. Information regarding Teams Sponsorship
As organisers of the Cycle Classic, we endeavour to sell Naming Rights for all teams in the event and provide all riders with race clothing. The only exemption will be for Trade Teams registered under the UCI rules.
If any rider that has a company/sponsor and wishes to invest in Naming Rights for his team, he should contact the Race Director in the first instance. No rider will be allowed to enter any agreement with any sponsor regarding team sponsorship without previously discussing this with the Race Director.
The wearing of any other race clothing, other than that provided by the Race Director for the Cycle Classic is prohibited.
